During the summer of 2007, Cecile went with her eight other members of her family to a trip in East Africa. The other eight members include: her mother, her father, her cousins 段凝砚，绛洁，成韬，and吕庭君，and her aunt and uncle ( 段凝砚's parents, 小姨and姨父... or at least that's what Cecile calls them...)
